Politics has filtered down to engineering college with clash among rival students union in Nepal Engineering College over the conduct of examination has left several students injured.
Police said students affiliated to ANNFSU (R), an outfit affiliated with UCPN-Maoist beating up students affiliated to NSU and ANNFSU, student union linked to Congress and CPN-UML respectively.While the two outfits were demanding maths test only after the course is complete the ANNFSU R insisted on early test that led to the clash. Police have arrested five students linked with R. The injured students have been admitted at various hospitals
